Marty Butler, MBA, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Marty Butler helps lead the overall vision and success strategy for AnewHealth. He also provides executive oversight and leadership of the company’s financial activities.

Prior to the merger of ExactCare and Tabula Rasa HealthCare, Marty served as CFO of ExactCare for more than a decade, leading the organization through significant growth that rapidly transformed the company from a local pharmacy provider to a national healthcare company. During his tenure at ExactCare, Marty leveraged strategic and operational expertise to lead various functions including finance, accounting, marketing and account management, and IT and analytics.

Marty has extensive experience in the healthcare space. He was the CEO of a Cleveland Clinic startup focused on health coaching, and he held Vice President roles in operations, integration and analytics for a worksite health company, which was purchased by Walgreens in 2008. His experience also includes positions at Eaton
Corporation, Deloitte and PwC.

Marty received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in accounting from John Carroll University. He has remained active in his community, where he served as President and Board Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland, Town Hall of Cleveland, and the Harvard Business School Club of Northeastern Ohio.
