Senior Vice President, Clinical Innovations and Healthcare Outcomes

Farah Madhat serves as Senior Vice President, Clinical Innovations and Healthcare Outcomes at AnewHealth. She is responsible for leading the development of clinical products and ensuring those products deliver measurable value to clients and the patients they serve. In this role, Farah will oversee clinical innovations and healthcare analytics. She will also be part of driving collaborations across growth, operations, and IT functions.

Farah previously held several executive and senior leadership roles with Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC) and PrescribeWellness, an entity formerly part of TRHC. Notably, she was instrumental in guiding PrescribeWellness through its acquisitions by TRHC in 2019 and Transaction Data Systems in 2022. Farah’s career also spans leading roles at UnitedHealth Group and Target Corporation, where she pioneered digital healthcare solutions and advanced pharmacist practice.

A registered pharmacist, Farah holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a master’s degree in diplomacy and international commerce from the University of Kentucky. She has also completed specialized studies in product marketing through Cornell University and holds a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from Stanford University, positioning her at the forefront of integrating AI technologies to enhance patient and provider experiences in the healthcare sector.
