Celynda Tadlock, PharmD, MBA

President, Value-Based Care Solutions

As President, Value-Based Care Solutions at AnewHealth, Celynda Tadlock is responsible for the following service lines: pharmacy benefit management, third-party administration, Electronic Health Record (EHR) and technology solutions, risk adjustment, and PACE consulting.

Celynda joined Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC) in 2020. Her role initially focused on managing the company’s PBM offering and servicing as the company’s Chief Client Officer across all products and services. In this role, Celynda designed pharmacy benefit solutions that incorporate the company’s advanced technology to reduce risk from medication-related complications and deliver a superior member experience, improved clinical outcomes, and cost savings. During her tenure at TRHC, her role expanded to oversee strategies and operations across other value-based care solutions.

Apart from TRHC, Celynda’s experience includes roles as CEO and Founder of Impera Healthcare Strategies and Vice President, Clinical Strategy and Pharmacy Experience at Aetna. She also held executive positions at Coventry, Express Scripts, and Anthem.

Celynda is an active member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) serving on numerous committees over the years. She has also led several committees for Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA). Previously, she served as President of Georgia AMCP.
