MOORESTOWN, NJ, September 9, 2026 – AnewHealth is celebrating National PACE Month across its nationwide PACE pharmacy network, honoring the people, partnerships and purpose at the heart of PACE. Led each September by the National PACE Association, the observance recognizes the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and the organizations, clinicians, and care teams helping older adults with complex needs remain healthier, more independent, and connected to their communities.
For AnewHealth, National PACE Month is also a time to reflect on more than 15 years of innovation alongside our PACE partners and the opportunity ahead to continue improving care for the participants they serve.
Established in 2009 specifically to serve PACE, AnewHealth’s CareKinesis PACE Pharmacy has spent more than 15 years building its clinical model, operations and investments around the needs of PACE participants, care teams and programs.
“PACE organizations are doing incredibly important and incredibly difficult work, and we’re fortunate to work alongside them as an embedded clinical pharmacy partner.” –Brian Adams, President and CEO of AnewHealth

Brian Adams reflects on nearly two decades of working alongside PACE organizations and why supporting PACE participants requires a different pharmacy experience.
Built Around PACE From the Beginning
Since CareKinesis was established in 2009, AnewHealth has worked alongside PACE organizations to understand where pharmacy can make the greatest impact for participants and care teams. That collaboration has shaped a model designed to work within PACE, not alongside it.
AnewHealth pharmacists support physicians, nurses, medical directors and other members of the interdisciplinary team with medication expertise at the points where care decisions are made. From transitions of care and medication reconciliation to falls prevention and complex prescribing decisions, the goal is to bring the right clinical insight into the broader participant care conversation.
The role of the pharmacist is to strengthen the care team with medication expertise, participant-specific insight, and support at the moments where clinical decisions are made. That level of integrated pharmacist support can strengthen communication, continuity of care, and more informed decision-making for each participant.
A Pharmacy Partner Embedded in PACE Care
The strongest PACE pharmacy partnerships are built around the care team. They extend far beyond dispensing, grounded in trust, reliability, clinical expertise, and a shared commitment to participant care.
For AnewHealth, that means continuing to invest alongside PACE partners in the capabilities that can make care safer, more connected and more actionable, including clinical pharmacy expertise, technology and medication intelligence designed to help teams identify meaningful medication-related risk earlier.
For PACE organizations, choosing the right pharmacy partner means finding a team that understands the model, is dependable when care teams need support, and continues to evolve with the needs of participants and programs. Learn more about AnewHealth’s PACE pharmacy services.
Continuing the Conversation
National PACE Month is a celebration of the people and partnerships advancing this extraordinary model of care, and an opportunity to look ahead at what we can continue building together.
We invite PACE leaders to join us this fall as that work continues across the PACE community. In October, AnewHealth leaders and clinicians will be at the National PACE Association Annual Conference in Denver, sharing practical perspectives on clinical care, technology, medication management and program performance.
Then, November 10 to 12, AnewHealth will convene PACE leaders, executives and clinicians for its Impact & Innovation Summit in Huntington Beach, California, creating space to exchange ideas, share lessons and explore new opportunities to strengthen participant care.
During National PACE Month and beyond, AnewHealth is proud to keep working alongside PACE organizations, innovating together around the needs of participants and the care teams who serve them.
