Annual survey delivers record-high mark in patient satisfaction through innovative pharmacy care for people with complex, chronic medical needs in home and community settings
CLEVELAND, OH and MOORESTOWN, NJ (March 20, 2025) – AnewHealth, a national pharmacy care management provider that improves healthcare outcomes for people with complex, chronic medical needs, today announced that it has earned a world-class service rating for its comprehensive pharmacy care in 2024, measured by the Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology. This is the eighth consecutive “world class” rating the company has achieved, based on feedback obtained through an annual patient experience survey.
NPS is a cross-industry benchmark used to measure overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. Scores range from -100 to +100, where scores of zero or greater are considered “good.” Patient feedback from the survey gained AnewHealth’s pharmacy service a score of +78 for 2024.
The annual survey provides key feedback on the patient experience and the opportunity to share insights with clients. Since 2018, the survey has collected feedback through nearly 40,000 patient responses, with an average annual response rate of 17%.
Positive trends in feedback from the most recent survey involve convenience, peace of mind, knowledgeable and friendly phone support, appreciation for refill management, and proactive communication.
The survey results also revealed that:
- 94% of patients agreed AnewHealth makes it easier to take their medications
- 95% of patients agreed AnewHealth delivery makes it easier to get their medications—a measure aligned with the Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) plan CAHPS questionnaire
- 93% of patients agreed AnewHealth provides services delivered through ExactCare that help them stay healthy

The annual satisfaction survey is distributed to all established patients receiving monthly care from ExactCare, a pharmacy by AnewHealth.
