AnewHealth Pharmacy Benefit Management Ranked World Class by Client Satisfaction Survey

Survey respondents give high marks to PBM services and client success team support

CLEVELAND, OH and MOORESTOWN, NJ (August 7, 2025) – AnewHealth, a national pharmacy care management provider that improves healthcare outcomes for people with complex, chronic medical needs, announced that it has earned a world-class service rating from clients for its pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services, delivered through Pharmastar.

The survey utilized the cross-industry Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology to measure overall customer satisfaction and loyalty, resulting in a +86 for AnewHealth Pharmastar PBM services in 2024. NPS ratings range from -100 to +100, with scores of zero or greater considered “good” and scores of +70 or higher considered “world class.” Overall, the NPS for PBMs declined from 38 in 2021 to 6 in 2024.

Of survey respondents, 95% reported overall satisfaction with PBM services. Positive trends in survey feedback include “exceptional support” in regulatory compliance, specifically CMS Part D requirements, and the value of dedicated client success specialists who tailor support to client needs.

According to the survey:

  • 95% of respondents expressed satisfaction with Pharmastar team members and communications
  • 95% of respondents praised the timeliness of communication during resolutions
  • 95% of respondents use Pharmastar’s reporting package frequently
