ExactCare Wins 2024 Top Workplaces Awards

CLEVELAND (April 19, 2024) – ExactCare Pharmacy (“ExactCare”), a national provider of medication management and comprehensive long-term pharmacy services, has received two Top Workplaces awards, 2024 Top Workplaces USA and 2024 Top Workplaces for Remote Work.

Both awards are based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey issued by Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces. Results were determined through an approach that involved comparing responses to the survey’s research-based statements that predict high performance against industry benchmarks.

This is the second consecutive year ExactCare has been named to Top Workplaces USA. This year’s award is featured by USA Today and celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures.

The Top Workplaces program introduced Top Workplaces for Remote Work in 2024 as a new addition, with inaugural results featured by Monster, a global leader in connecting people and jobs. The recognition celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees cultivating exceptional remote working environments.

In addition to promoting an exceptional working environment and workplace culture for employees, ExactCare has demonstrated a strong commitment to optimizing care for patients who have complex, chronic medical needs. To help more patients and expand its impact on healthcare, in November 2023, ExactCare combined with Tabula Rasa HealthCare, a leading healthcare company advancing personalized, comprehensive care for value-based care organizations, to create a leading, independent pharmacy care management company that specializes in caring for the most vulnerable and at-risk patient populations in the healthcare system.

In July 2024, the combined ExactCare-Tabula Rasa HealthCare company announced the launch of its new brand, AnewHealth, a leading independent pharmacy care management company that specializes in caring for people with the most complex, chronic medical needs in both home and community settings. With the launch of the AnewHealth brand, the Tabula Rasa HealthCare brand name is being retired. ExactCare will continue to operate under its respective name.
