ExactCare Service Rated World Class by Patients for Seventh Year Running

Annual survey extends company’s track record maintaining exceptional patient satisfaction through its high-touch pharmacy experience for people with complex medical needs

CLEVELAND (July 5, 2024) – ExactCare, a national provider of medication management and comprehensive long-term pharmacy services, received a world-class service rating for 2023, measured using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology through the company’s annual patient satisfaction survey. This is the seventh consecutive year the company has earned a “world class” rating based on patient feedback.

NPS is a cross-industry benchmark used to measure overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. Scores range from -100 to +100, where scores of zero or greater are considered “good.” Patient feedback through the survey earned ExactCare a score of +74 for 2023, which is considered “world class,” underscoring the company’s commitment to quality care and consistency ranking high in patient satisfaction.

The annual survey allows ExactCare to hear directly from patients about their experience and gain valuable feedback to further optimize pharmacy care. The survey also provides an opportunity to share insights with clients on the patient experience.

According to the results:

• 94% of patients agreed ExactCare makes it easier to take their medications
• 95% of patients agreed ExactCare delivery makes it easier to get their medications—a measure aligned with the Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) plan CAHPS questionnaire
• 92% of patients agreed ExactCare provides services that help them stay healthy

With the launch of the AnewHealth brand, the TRHC brand name is being retired. ExactCare will continue to operate under its respective name as part of AnewHealth’s pharmacy solutions for complex care needs.
