Your CareKinesis Pharmacy team is here to help! Contact us if you have an issue with your medication delivery or questions about the medications in your order.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am to 7:30 pm Eastern

If you are experiencing side effects from your medication, let your PACE team know right away. Do not stop taking your medication unless your provider tells you.

Refills for As-Needed Medication

Call CareKinesis to request refills for medication you take as needed.

When prompted, leave a message with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • The name of the medication you need

Your PACE provider may need to approve your refill before we fill it. You can expect delivery within three business days.

The refill line is only for medications you take as needed. You do not need to request refills for your daily medications.
