Chief Integration Officer

Victor “Vic” Breed serves as Chief Integration Officer for AnewHealth. Here, he provides executive leadership for the Integration Management Office, which provides strategy, governance, and oversight for all integration-related activities as ExactCare and Tabula Rasa HealthCare merge.

Prior to his current role, Vic served as CFO of CarepathRx, previously the parent company for ExactCare. Prior to CarepathRx, he was the CFO of Genoa Healthcare, where he drove operational gains and played a critical role in steering growth strategies. Vic also served as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations for ClearMedical. There, he developed and implemented a new business model, leading to strategic redirection of the company and ultimately, its sale.

Prior to ClearMedical, Vic served as Senior Vice President for Solucient, LLC. He later became the General Manager of the company’s business unit providing performance management solutions for hospitals. At Solucient, Vic identified potential business partners and M&A candidates and negotiated business relationships, joint ventures, and marketing arrangements.

Vic’s experience also includes roles at HBS International, Penford Corporation, and Ernst & Young.
