Briana Skalski, PharmD, BCGP
Clinical Initiatives Pharmacist
Dr. Briana Skalski is a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist with expertise in medication optimization for older adults. She currently serves in a dedicated pharmacogenomics role, supporting the clinical implementation of PGx testing and consultative services.
Briana received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Temple University. She went on to complete an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency with Tabula Rasa Healthcare (TRHC) in 2018, with focused training in geriatric patient care, pharmacogenomics (PGx), and pharmacokinetics.
Her clinical practice has been centered within PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), where she has collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams by providing comprehensive medication safety reviews, polypharmacy assessments, PGx consults, and falls risk evaluations for PACE participants.
