Farah Madhat serves as Executive Vice President of Innovation and Experience at AnewHealth, where she leads the enterprise strategy and delivery of exceptional experiences for patients and the care teams who serve them. In her role, Farah unifies clinical innovation, market development, data science, and patient and partner solutions to drive client success while ensuring organizational alignment with customer insights, sentiment, and outcomes.

Farah is an experienced executive leader across healthcare technology and services. Before joining AnewHealth, she held executive leadership roles at Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC) and PrescribeWellness, where she scaled technology-enabled solutions that improved patient safety, adherence, and connectivity with care teams. She also played a key role in the acquisition of PrescribeWellness by TRHC and Outcomes, driving enterprise value creation and growth. Her career also includes leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group and Target Corporation, where she led the development of clinical solutions and digital health experiences.

A licensed pharmacist, Farah holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a master’s degree in diplomacy and international commerce from the University of Kentucky. She holds credentials in specialized studies, including product marketing through Cornell University and artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare from Stanford University. Farah is also an experienced speaker, delivering insights to healthcare leaders on population health, pharmacy innovation, applied AI, and enhanced care experiences.
