Celynda Tadlock, PharmD, MBA

President & Chief Payer Relations and Market Strategy Officer

As President & Chief Payer Relations and Market Strategy Officer, Celynda Tadlock is responsible for AnewHealth’s payer relations strategy to strengthen relationships with health plans, PBMs, state Medicaid agencies, PACE organizations and other key external payer stakeholders. Her focus is on cultivating strong strategic partnerships, designing value-based arrangements, ensuring execution related to high-value clinical quality measures, improving reimbursement integrity and overseeing policy initiatives. Her focus on these activities support ExactCare Pharmacy, Pharmastar Pharmacy Benefit Management, Capstone Risk Adjustment and PACE Consulting services.

Celynda joined Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC) in 2020 as Chief Client Officer. Her role initially focused on strategic direction for the company’s newly acquired PBM offering and leading account management strategy across all products and services. In this role, Celynda designed pharmacy benefit solutions that incorporate the company’s advanced technology to reduce risk from medication-related complications and deliver a superior customer experience, improved clinical outcomes and cost savings. During her tenure at TRHC, her role expanded to President, Value Based Care Solutions with profit and loss, strategy, and operations across all value-based care solutions including PBM, Risk Adjustment, PACE Consulting, Third Party Administration and Electronic Health Record.

Apart from TRHC, Celynda’s experience includes roles as CEO and Founder of Impera Healthcare Strategies; Vice President, Clinical Strategy and Pharmacy Experience at Aetna; and COO at Coventry. She also held executive positions at Express Scripts and Anthem.

Celynda is an active member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) serving on numerous committees over the years. She has also led several committees for Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA). Previously, she served as President of Georgia AMCP.
